Often times when you hear the word “extracurricular”, your mind automatically goes to sports. While sports and physical activity are important for our students, we want to offer a wide variety of activities for our students to expand their knowledge and interpersonal development. We offer private lessons in piano and band instruments, as well as dance classes taught at the school. Each are offered during the school day, and we do our best to make sure that the lessons will not fall during a core curriculum part of the day.
Since we are not Christian in name only but in practice, we strive to use our talents for the work of God and not just for self-fulfillment. We offer mission opportunities to our students both locally and internationally. Our students use their voice and musical talents from daily music classes to reach our community and as they get older they have the opportunity to take those talents into the mission field.
