SoccerHere at Emmanuel, we believe that students should have the opportunity to be involved in sports. We try vigorously to give each sport its proper importance while keeping academics first priority. We do this with an understanding that God has given us the ability to play sports and that only through Him can we achieve our fullest potential. To help with this mission our coach staff enforces an academics first policy on the courts, meaning if the students is not performing in the classroom, they will not play on the field.
The soccer team at Emmanuel is made up of boys and girls in grades seven through twelve. The team has been growing in the past two years. The coaches work hard to develop godly young boys and girls into godly young men and women through their experiences on the soccer team. The team is conditioned in both the technical end of the game as well as positive sportsmanship. The soccer coaches hold strong to the school’s values and philosophies and work to prepare the students for life after the soccer field.
