I would like to welcome you and your family to Emmanuel Christian School. We use We Lunch It for our lunches. This is a catered lunch program that has partnered with Emmanuel Christian School to provide a nutritious lunch to the Students, Faculty and Staff. With the convenience of our secure website, you can place a lunch order and have it delivered. They have been successfully and accurately catering lunches since 1998. PRIVACY POLICY: At We Lunch It, we respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personal identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited while on our website. We will not sell your personal identifiable information to anyone. SECURITY POLICY: Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card numbers, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the Internet. FOOD ORDER AND PAYMENT DEADLINE POLICY: Orders must be placed and paid by 12:00 noon central time (1) day before the order is to be delivered to school. Payments must be made with a debit or credit card. DELIVERY & EXCLUSIVITY POLICY:All food delivered by the vendor on their day of delivery to the school has to be ordered through the We Lunch It website only. EMERGENCY CLOSING CREDIT POLICY:Credits are given when an emergency closing of the school is issued. The school must notify We Lunch It as soon as possible, but not later than 7:00 a.m. central time the day of closing. This credit is only to be issued on the customer's lunch account for the use of future orders. YEAR END CREDIT POLICY: When the school year comes to an end, all credits on each lunch account are carried over to the next school year EXCEPT after completion of the 12th grade. His/her money is automatically transferred to a sibling's lunch account. When there is no sibling, a refund will be issued after completing an R1 form. You must request the form via email at [email protected]. Note: 5% of the amount refunded will be deducted due to merchant debit/credit card fees and handling fees that have already been paid on such amount. VENDOR ERROR POLICY:If there is an error on the vendor's part by not having the food item ordered, a substitute item can be given (if available). A credit will be issued to the student's lunch account. ABSENTEE POLICY: Credits ARE NOT given for absentees. CHANGE OR CANCEL ORDER POLICY: Orders can only be changed or cancelled no later than 12:00 noon central time one (1) day before the order is to be delivered to school.
