All Alabama citizens can receive free online tutoring services at www.homeworkalabama.org. Live tutors are available to offer assistance from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday. I have already received positive feedback from students on this service, so take advantage of this opportunity.
We are in the process of creating a school-wide manual with pictures of each person who is on your child's pick-up list. This will help the school confirm the identity of the person when your child is being picked up by someone other than yourself. These photos will be used for identification only. There are three options for providing pictures for this project:
1. Send in a photo with the person's name and the student's name written on the back.
2. Email a photo including the person's name and the student's name to daycare@emmanuelchristian.org
3. Have the person come to the school and Mr. Cordes will take a digital photo and record the needed information.
